Ok so i first heard this word on "Office Space" when they were discribing Michael Bolton. If you haven't seen this movie, go, run to your local movie rental store and get it bc it is just plain hilarious. An ass clown is used to describe ridiculous jerk faces who think they are really cool but no, they are just tools.
